4.19 Cabernet 2004

4.19 Cabernet Mt Bera Vineyards Adelaide HillsMedium depth hue and bright in colour, this wine is just starting to evolve.

The bouquet is fragrant and varietal with blackcurrant fruit and some violets fragrance.

It is clean with purity of fruit, with distinctly cool area character without greenness or under ripeness, although apparent, but not intrusive and is in harmony with the fruit.

This is an elegant fine structured Cabernet, with good fruit weight and balance across the palate.

The acidity is apparent along with firm tannins giving palate length and structure.
