This cabernet has a deep bright colour with some slight development.
It has a riper darker fruit character, with blackcurrant with some chocolate/mocha bouquet.
The palate exhibits fleshy sweet fruit of plum, ripe and chocolate.
There is a rich middle palate with alcohol sweetness and warmth.
Less acidity evident and riper more evolved tannin structure with a fuller, bigger / riper style than the ’04.
