Deep ruby red with a crimson rim, the 2009 Mt Bera Pinot Noir has a delicious bouquet of sweet black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, spice and truffle, together with a touch of Pinot’s characteristic ‘forest floor’ character. The fruit and spice combine on the palate to give a vibrant wine of great length and complexity.
The meaning of 3.13 is the number of hectares planted at Mt Bera to Pinot Noir on well drained sloping soils facing north-east.
