In keeping with our philosophy of being as natural as possible, our Wild & Free range is fermented using the natural yeasts from the grapes. With single vineyard wines everything we do, or don’t do, in the vineyard is reflected in the years wines. The soil, the season, the aspect, the mesoclimate of each and every vine impacts the flavour of the wine. We feel with wild yeast that this is the truest reflection of what our vineyard expresses.
